A user registration is done via email and there are two kinds: business and personal/non-profit. Even when your site is personal, if the contents are in any way commercial, you will be considered a business entity. Please remember this when you submit your information. Note that you will be listed as a user if you so choose.
Personal/non-profit users
Most sites will fall into this category. If you run your site by personal means and it is for personal purposes, then you are a personal/non-profit user.
Business users
You are considered a business user and a pre-approved license is required prior to the use of any graphics if your site:
is a company site
is an organization site
is a small/home business site
generates revenues
actively promotes products/services
